These Terms govern your use of the Sprigg iOS app. By downloading or using Sprigg, you agree to these Terms. Payment and subscription billing for In-App Purchases are also subject to Apple’s terms.

The service

Sprigg helps you log expenses and income, transfer between accounts, view activity and analysis, and (with Sprigg Pro) use budget planning, unlimited accounts and savings pots, voice expense logging, recurring transactions, CSV export, and encrypted backups.

Sprigg Pro subscriptions

Sprigg offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Sprigg Pro Monthly (product ID sprigg_pro_monthly) — 1 month — priced as shown in the App Store / purchase sheet
• Sprigg Pro Yearly (product ID sprigg_pro_yearly) — 1 year — priced as shown in the App Store / purchase sheet

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions), or via Manage Subscription in the Sprigg app when Pro is active.

Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Restore Purchases is available on the Sprigg Pro paywall so you can recover an existing subscription on a new device.

Free tier

Without an active Sprigg Pro subscription, the app provides a limited free experience (for example, the default Cash account only, without Budget Planner, unlimited accounts and savings pots, voice logging, recurring create/manage, CSV export, or encrypted backup create). Importing CSV or backup files remains available on the free tier.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sprigg on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store terms.

Disclaimer

Sprigg is a personal tracking tool, not financial, tax, or investment advice. Data is stored on your device; keep backups via encrypted backup or CSV export if you need them. The app is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using Sprigg at any time by deleting the app and canceling any active subscription in Apple subscription settings.
